Nick has been our Managing Director for over 15 years, but before joining Adexchange was a BBC journalist and radio presenter; both of which rely on clarity of communication, detail and efficiency.
Nick helps our clients improve their customer journeys across every channel and touchpoint. He’s responsible for business development – from new business to marketing – as well as leading and growing the Adexchange team. When he’s not working, Nick can be found racing kayaks on the River Thames.
Since joining Adexchange in 2003 Alan has launched, loaded and maintained projects across multiple platforms, always endeavouring to be one step ahead of our clients’ ever-changing needs.
With over 30 years’ experience developing and implementing technology systems, he remains unflappable under pressure.
When he’s not fixing our clients' technical issues, he’s a keen musician, playing the saxophone in a number of local bands.
Susan graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has spent almost 30 years working in business management, including four years managing the (business) affairs of high-profile musicians, composers and performers.
Susan manages the financial side of Adexchange, handling the book-keeping, and Accounts management.
Outside of work, Susan can be found playing keyboards with her jazz band, Cutting Edge.
Helen works closely with clients to improve their content performance and customer experiences. With excellent organisational skills, analytical thinking, and technical abilities, she cuts through the waffle to give users what they need – real results and tangible benefits.
Prior to joining Adexchange in 2016, Helen managed the English Department Media Studio at the University of Buckingham, from where she had graduated with First Class Honours in Communication, Media & Journalism. She has subsequently been awarded a Masters degree in Politics of Conflict and Violence (don’t ask).
When she isn’t in the office, Helen can be found racking up the miles along England’s beautiful Southwest Coast; SUPing or walking.
For over 20 years Carina has been specialising in copywriting and content. From customer service emails to marketing copy, she draws her wealth of experience from both sides of the client agency divide.
Carina helps clients from every industry develop more successful tones of voice, using workshops and training to deliver consistently high-quality work on time, on brief and on budget.
When she’s not producing exceptional content, Carina’s probably finding space for the latest in the extensive and hard-earned collection of her prize pooches' rosettes.
Megan has many strings to her bow. A freelance journalist/writer, radio and podcast producer, as well as a children’s literature consultant, there’s not much she can’t do.
But Megan’s real talent lies in copywriting: skilfully applying the principles of Effective Communication to create a steady supply of emails, FAQs and knowledge articles to help our clients reduce customer contact and improve CX.
Megan is a very keen traveller, yoga lover and sitcom fan.
Matt graduated from Solent University with a degree in Sports Journalism before joining Adexchange in November 2020.
As our Production Manager he’s responsible for overseeing the delivery of audio and video content: producing recordings, visuals and infographics to help our clients communicate more successfully. Matt works closely with our Account Management team to maximise the effectiveness of this customer facing output.
At the weekend he likes to play football with his friends although, in his early twenties, he already claims his legs aren’t quite what they used to be.
Tamsin joined Adexchange in 2020 and with her first-class writing skills and analytical thinking she soon became a key member of our Account Management team.
As a Bristol graduate with a First in English, she uses her writing skills to great effect, working closely with clients to craft clear and effective emails, FAQs and IVR menus, ensuring high performance and an excellent customer experience.
Tamsin’s a keen singer and guitar player – but is yet to stage a show for her work colleagues…
Hannah joined the team in 2021 and is key in supporting our customer journey mapping and data analysis.
Having graduated with an English degree from the University of Birmingham, Hannah’s excellent writing skills are used to great effect, helping craft our client’s emails, chatbots and IVR menus.
When Hannah’s not supporting our clients, you’ll find her running or walking in the Oxfordshire countryside (possibly on her way to buying far too many books – there are worse habits to have)!
