With over 18 years’ experience in the customer service sector, Nick has been our Managing Director at Adexchange for 10 years and counting! With a strong background in communications, customer experience, inbound marketing and analysis, Nick has worked with a range of clients within the retail, financial, grocery and technological sectors, and beyond.
Here at Adexchange Nick is responsible for leading projects which help clients measurably reduce cost and transform the customer experience by streamlining their service channels.
When he’s not hard at work, you’re most likely to find him carving up the Thames in his kayak.
Head of Client Services
Suzy has been part of Adexchange for 10 years, heading up the Account Management team and ensuring the planning and delivery of all our projects are completed to the highest standard. Consistently helping our clients to meet their objectives and streamline their communications, she's used to working across many sectors - including travel, insurance, retail and entertainment. When she’s not driving exceptional account management, Suzy’s more likely to be bending it like Beckham than biting it like Suarez for local Ladies’ football team, The Jackdaws.
Head of IT
With nearly 30 years in production-based, broadcasting and communications technology, Alan has been our dedicated Head of IT at Adexchange for nearly 13 years. No stranger to completing high quality work under time pressure, he works with prominent clients across a variety of regions and industries.
For Adexchange, Alan oversees the development and implementation of swift, effective solutions for all technical issues arising from our client’s platforms. This may include launching, loading and maintaining projects across multiple platforms, which are technically smooth and trouble free.
Beyond working hours, Alan is a keen amateur musician and plays the saxophone in various local bands. He can also be spotted in only the most fetching running gear, training for his next marathon.
Rebecca (Becks) Geall
With nearly 12 years’ experience in audio production and studio management, there’s no job that Becks can’t handle. She has a solid background in all aspects of spoken audio, music, video, radio and multimedia, which she utilises for a variety of prestigious clients, with daily deadlines.
For us, Becks oversees all pre and post production activities, books and manages relationships with voiceovers and coordinates audio sessions across more than 30 languages and dialects. Heading the production team, she ensures that live projects for over 50 clients run smoothly, are delivered to a high standard and meet all deadlines.
Beyond the weekday 9 to 5, Becks is almost definitely outdoors - and will be found in the throes of some adrenaline-pumping activity.
Coming from a long background in client services, there’s no problem James can’t solve. His extensive account management experience is drawn from collaborations with multiple customer service based companies; from individuals to larger industry-specific organisations.
James is responsible for providing an ear for our client’s problems, developing solutions with them and managing projects in over 30 languages to ensure successful implementation across every touchpoint in the customer journey.
Outside the office, James can be found being put through his paces in the nearest CrossFit Class – no matter how unholy the hour might be.
A graduate of the LSE, Susan has worked in business management for almost 30 years, and has handled Adexchange’s accounts for 14 of those. Having previously worked with a high-profile client base, Susan’s background helped her develop sterling organisational and financial skills as well as strict attention to detail. She provides an efficient and highly discreet administrative bedrock, quietly contributing to a positive brand reputation.
At Adexchange Susan heads all backroom functions, from book-keeping and accounts management, to compliance and offering administrative support to members of the team; she is pivotal to the daily running of our organisation.
Outside of work, Susan can be found playing keyboards with the newly-formed, and (she claims) hugely popular with the neighbours, local rock band.
With a background in Studio Management and a First -Class Honours degree in Communication, Media and Journalism, Helen is well equipped to support and coordinate projects across a variety of customer touchpoints. Helen’s responsibilities include managing the relationship between clients, account managers and the production department. From drafting scripts and mapping customer journeys to providing in-depth analysis of IVR traffic Helen is focused on ensuring Adexchange clients see real results and tangible benefits. Outside of the office she can be found sailing (or capsizing) Lasers and Wayfarers, and exploring the south Devon coast.
For over 20 years Carina has been soaking up Marketing experience across every platform she can get her hands on. Since 2006, however, she has been specialising in copywriting and content.
From customer service emails to marketing copy, Carina draws her wealth of experience from both sides of the client agency divide. Carina helps clients from every industry develop more successful tones of voice, using workshops and training to deliver consistently high-quality work on time, on brief and on budget.
When she’s not producing exceptional content, Carina’s probably finding space for the latest in the extensive and hard-earned collection of her prize pooches' rosettes.
